We currently only offer domestic shipping within the United States. All fragrances are shipped within 3 days of purchase via ground transport, by law. Please allow 2–10 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) to receive your item(s). We are not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses at checkout and/or lost, stolen, delayed packages due to the carrier.

RETURN / EXCHANGE

Please note all of our fragrances are handmade to-order and may not be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.

Due to the subjective nature of fragrance, we do not accept exchanges or returns based on the dislike of a scent. We always recommend buying samples of scents before committing to full-sized bottles. If you care to share your feedback or experience with one of our fragrances, feel free to write us at studio@kismetolfactive.com. We’ll respond to you in a timely manner.

If your item is defective, damaged during transport, or the incorrect item was shipped, please email us within seven (7) days of the date your order is received. Provide your name, order number, description of the issue, and attach clear photographs of the incorrect or damaged item received. If your item is no longer in stock, we will gladly refund you.

MY TRACKING SAYS “DELIVERED” BUT I CAN’T FIND IT, WHAT DO I DO?

Please carefully check all possible delivery locations around your building. Occasionally, tracking will show delivery of your package when it has only arrived at your local post office, so please allow up to 48 hours for final delivery.
